PRESENTATION



                I would like to inform you  that  the  principles, common  visions, quality  policy  and ethical
               values were defined during the formation of NBB company. For example: any mistake in project
               development can be made in different  ways.  However, optimal design can  most probably be
               in a single form in which all efficient  factors are taken into account. The safety and quality
               system may not be compromised later on, and any illegal work can not even be performed or
               executed in order to meet the customer's request.

               On the other hand, the initial goals and missions of the company were not so clear at the
               beginning. As our projects and experience have grown in Europe, Africa and Central Asia,
               our missions and goals have become clear, especially over the past three years.

               We are expanding our activities and assets, as  NBB,  in  Uzbekistan,  creating  representative
               offices, companies and joint investments based on the principles  of  service  and  service
               compliance  considering  regional  requirement  and the  historical  background  and  bounds
               between Uzbekistan and Turkey.

               ln the first half of 2019, a service company for maintenance and repair of systems has been
               established, separately from the representative Office and an architectural & design company,
               together with the production lines of Medium Voltage Switchgears and 0,4 kV Low Voltage
               Panelboards will also  be launched. Thereafter, we may  proceed to the evaluationary stage
               for the production of dry transformers.

               Meanwhile, our Light Current Systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Burglar Alarms, DATA &
               Telecommunication, etc.  Architectural special design products,  Yarn, Oils, Textile Machines,
               Textile Chemicals and Building finishing materials have  been come  into field and service step
               by step. After so much experiences, the most economical way to meet customer's requirements
               clearly appears in an entire package of products within a sole  project  to  the  benefit of
               customer.

               Since we are employing about 80% of the loca! staff, we attach and refer great importance to
               the training of technical personnel on job at site. In addition, we plan to cooperate on  in-
               service  training  in Turkey  and  internships  at  local  institutions  providing  education  in  the
               brunches of energy, electrical engineering, logistics and managemenl.

               I wholly believe that, our employees along with our customers are or will be pleased with
               tlıe work done, and this is nota goal to focus on, but a way of life and voyage for myself
               and NBB employees.
